Practice Philosophy

Dr. Espaillat is dedicated to working collaboratively with her patients to help them better understand their difficulties and connect with the right tools to overcome them.  Her goal is to give her patients' the information they need to make the best treatment decisions for themselves and their families.    

 

The most rewarding part of her work is seeing the many ways her patients' lives and relationships improve when unburdened by psychiatric difficulties.

Dr. Espaillat's expertise in the emotional experiences of women through the

various phases of life makes her especially helpful to women facing these challenges.
